Leak Tester – Leak and Tightness Measurement (ATEQ)
Tightness measurement is essential for ensuring the quality and safety of products in the automotive, aerospace and energy industries. ATEQ automatic evaluation units are top-of-the-line testing devices for measuring flow and air with highly precise automatic calibration functions.
Measurement cycle: 20 - 90 seconds
Requirements: High-quality, clean compressed air (class 1 - 2)
Automatic Helicoil Installation
Reinforcing threads in structures using metal coils (helicoils). Automating this process is demanding, especially when the thread diameter is nearly equal to the length of the helicoil. The key is a well-machined, burr-free thread and a stable lead-in. Our system provides automatic feeding, orientation, thread-depth inspection and automatic tang break-off.
Installation cycle: 8 - 12 seconds per installation
Robotic Insertion of Clips, Snap-ins and Spot Welding of Plastics
An innovative and efficient solution for the assembly of plastic parts. We ensure precise insertion of mounting plates into pre-prepared holes using position fixing or camera detection with dynamic adjustment of the robot's paths. This eliminates manual handling, increases productivity and reduces error rates.
Clip installation time: 3 - 4 seconds
Plastic spot welding time: 10 - 30 seconds
Installation of Sealing and Retaining Rings, Valve Screwing
The process involves picking up, expanding and seating the ring at the correct height using camera inspection. We use insertion mandrels or jaws and lubricate the mounting surfaces with airless spray (e.g. from Menzel). We also install screw-in valves, on which we precisely monitor torque settings, screwing depth and, where applicable, check the flow.
Cycle for rings: 2 - 3 seconds
Cycle for valves: 6 - 8 seconds
Palletizing, Depalletizing and Handling
We offer comprehensive solutions for automated material handling across various industries – from food processing to automotive. The equipment is designed for robustness, reliability and minimizing production stoppages.
Cycles: From tenths of a second to minutes (depending on volume and weight)
Load capacity: From a few grams to several tons
Robotic Bonding and Spot Welding of Metals
We combine the best of both methods. Bonding offers even load distribution, resistance to vibration and excellent aesthetics. Spot welding, in turn, guarantees extreme strength. By combining them (bonding followed by reinforcement with a spot weld), we achieve unrivalled strength, durability and easy automation.
Industrial Washers
Our washers clean even very hard-to-reach areas (threads, cavities) and remove the smallest impurities and chips. We use advanced aeration, fine stainless-steel filters, high pressure in mini-nozzles and a high rinsing flow. Integrated drying is a standard feature. We supply chamber washers for smaller volumes as well as continuous systems for mass production.
