Workbenches and manual workstations

Industrial workbenches MT are designed for demanding environments with heavy loads. They can be integrated as individual operator workstations into automation systems and production lines. They are suitable as professional workstations for the most demanding tasks and offer the possibility to build comprehensive technological workstations.

Workplace ergonomics

The table has been designed in collaboration with ergonomists and is specifically adapted for rough manual work, featuring a lower working height. Additionally, the height can be fine-tuned using adjustable feet. As an extra option, we offer an automatic lifting mechanism to achieve the ideal working height for the operator. The table also boasts the following features:

• Open center - The operator has ample legroom, and the center of the table can be used, for example, for a waste chute or an ergonomic tray.
• Surface lighting - We offer LED panel lighting that eliminates shadows created by the operator's body or workstation accessories.
• Storage compartments - The sturdy frame allows for the integration of an automatic lifting mechanism while also providing ample lockable storage space for the operator's personal items, tools, and equipment.
• Multiple sockets directly on the table - The table is equipped with a power strip that accommodates a large number of electrical and compressed air sockets.

Worktops

All worktops are highly durable. They can be combined or replaced to quickly change the function of the workstation. You can choose from the following types of worktops:

• Roller track - Designed for step-by-step material processing and can be connected to conveyor lines.
• Ball transfer worktop - Enables easy material handling and rotation.
• Plywood worktop - A universal worktop suitable for general use or fixture mounting.

The workbenches are equipped with an integrated electrical cabinet, primarily serving as a power source for electrical outlets and compressed air connections. Additionally, this cabinet allows for the installation of electrical components for other technologies used in the workstation. In case of maintenance or repair, the workstation can be powered down as a single technological unit.
